A stainless steel needle (0.3’ is able to protrude) freely moves within the 3.5’ long knurled handle and is used by tapping on the treatment area whereby the needle stimulates by its own weight. The top of the Chikakushin may be raised to increase the length of pendulum swing and thus increase the stimulation to the point. Effective non-penetrating stimulation.
