This instrument is used for indirect moxibustion. Made of brass with wood material handle. It is an ironing type warming unit, which burns moxa punk to get a heating effect. The heat and massage pressure creates a very comfortable sensation and effecting treatment. In case of strong heat or to prevent burns the skin of patient, a thin cloth is recommended to use between the skin and the instrument. Also suitable for self application.
